Sprints : 100m, 200m & 400m
Twice are week weekly training programs are designed.
- Develop sprinters on how to use blocks
- Proper Running Technique
- Running Drills
-Improve Explosive Speed
Major focus on sprinting events are the technique and style of running.
Training will vary for general preparation of the season.
Sessions throughout the year will focus on:
* Strength and Condition, Hill and steps workout training (Age appropriate)
* Speed Development and Technique of acceleration and max speed.
* Speed Endurance for short sprinters
Catering for:
- Young Athletes ages 8-12
- Developing Athletes 12-17
Middle Distance 800m/1500m & Cross Country
Twice are week training programs. For ages 8 and above who enjoy distance running events in the summer track season and cross country in winter.
Training locations will vary for general preparation season.

* Strength and Condition

* Speed Endurance
* Anerobic and Aerobic sessions

- Young Athletes ages 8-12
- Developing Athletes ages 12-17

Sunday Afternoons 4:00pm -5:00pm: Sprint Trainings
Tuesday Afternoons 4:00pm - 5:00pm Middle Distance training & 400m
Thursday Afternoons 4:00pm - 5:00pm Sprint Trainings
Monday Afternoons 4:00- 5:00pm Middle Distance & 400m trainings
